Return Policy:
RA request must be made through either by calling our customer service or through RETURN@VERTISHOP.COM. RA request will not be accepted after 2 days of package delivery date.. Once your RA request is approved, a call-tag will be made and your damaged merchandise needs to return in new/unused condition and original packaging All damaged or defective items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. All damaged or defective returns will be credited to your account for your next NEW purchase. Upon examination of the returned items, your account will be credited the original amount. Please use tape to mark the place it is damaged. Doing so will expedite the process. We reserve the right to refuse any returns on negligible damages/defects. Any claims for size & color problems cannot be accepted. Please call the Customer Service for more specific sizing chart. All sales items are final. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.Shipping fees are non-refundable..

FedEx Ground - 5-7 Days
FedEx Express - 3 Days (Will receive by end of 3rd Day)
FedEx 2nd Day Air - 2 Days (Will received by end of 2nd Day)
FedEx Priority Overnight - Next Day by 10AM
FedEx Standard Overnight - Nexy Day by 3PM.
