Member Registration

Q. Is it required to register with the website to gain full access?
A. Yes! All retailers must be registered and approved with us to gain full access to the website. Because we deal with high-end clothing, which many being Pre-Orders, we need to set a high security on our designs. Hence, only approved retailers can log-into our website and purchase.

Q. Why can’t I log into the website even after I registered last week?
A. There are many reasons of why a retailer cannot log into our website after registering with us. However, most common reasons are: a) you did not put right information, such as commercial address of the retailer store, b) did not provide us with either a business license number or Federal Tax ID (EIN) number, or c) did not fax or e-mail us with two (2) fashion-related invoices and a copy of your business card. To accelerate your member activation, please check the following reasons. If you still cannot log-in even after completing all the above, please contact our Customer Service department at 213-745-2664.


Q. I faxed in two invoices and a copy of my business card. How come I cannot log-in?
A. Depending on the amount of registrations we receive per day, the verification process may take up to 2 to 3 business days. Please call our Customer Service department or e-mail us at help@vertishop.com, if this log-in problem still persists.


Q. What if I can’t remember my password?

A. Please click on "Forgot Password " Link on Login Page for password assistance.


Q. How do I change my log-on E-mail address?

A. Once you are logged into the website, click on “My Account” and you will able to edit your account information. For any assistant or help, please call our Customer Service department at 213-745-2664.

 

Shopping

Q. When I put something in my shopping card, does it guarantee I have the merchandise?
A. Placing an item in your shopping card does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase. We highly recommend purchasing merchandise as soon as possible because many of our products in high demand and tend to sell out quickly.


Q. I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared. Why?

A. Items quantities are limited and are removed from the site when they are no longer available for purchase.


Q. What is the date written in red referring to under the product pictures?
A. Many of the merchandise on Vertishop and Itrev are Pre-Order products. Specifically speaking, because fashion changes every day, we want our customers to see future items and give the right to purchase them even before they are on sale for the non-members. Hence, the date is referring to the day the merchandise will be available to ship out. For example, if one product is available on “08/15/09”, you can still place an order for that particular item, which we highly recommend, and we will ship them out as soon as they are completed from production.


Q. I know the style for an item I want to purchase. How do I search for it?
A. You may search our site in several different ways

  • Type a descriptive keyword or item number in the “Enter Search” box found at the top of the website

Q. I saw an item that I would like to purchase from the weekly catalogue I received through the email. How would I find that item for purchase?
A. Every week we send out a catalogue featuring new updates made from each brand we offer. There are several different ways to find that particular item for purchase.

  • Type a descriptive keyword or item number in the “Enter Search” box found at the top of the website
  • Type a descriptive keyword or item number in the “Enter Search” box found at the top of the website
  • Click on “This Week’s Catalogue” link found on the main page of either Vertishop or Tire. Once you click on it, it will show you the exact same catalogue which you have received on that week. Click on the picture of the product you wish to purchase and it will automatically link you to the order page.

Payments

Q. What forms of payment are accepted online?
A. Both Vertishop.com and Itrev.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

Credit cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment does not occur until the order ships. Shipping charges are added and a confirmation e-mail will be sent out with the Grand Total (total shipping) before the card is charged.


Q. Is it secured to enter my credit card information online?

A. Of course, please see our Security & Privacy guarantee.


Q. Where do I enter my promotion code?
A. A promotion code should be added to the appropriate field at the bottom of your Check-Out page.


Q. How long does it take to get my exchange or refund?

A. Once you have sent us your completed RA form, it will take up to 14days to receive an exchange or refund. For more information, please review our Exchange/Return Policy.

 

Orders


Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A: If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has been shipped and it contains a tracking number.


Q. Can I make changes on the orders I already placed on?
A: Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.


Q. How do I track my order?

A. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email.
Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.


Q: What if I place an order and we don't have the item in stock?

A: Since we made it possible to perform real time inventory check by the time you place an order, your order is guaranteed most of time. HOWEVER, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Shipping

Q. When is my order shipped?
A. Any orders placed before 12:00 pm (PST) are typically processed and shipping on the same day, only if all items are immediate and are in stock to be shipped out. Once an order has processed, delivery times will be depended on the chosen shipping method.


Q. I placed an order for a pack of future item and a pack of immediate item. When will you ship you out the merchandises?
A. Before you complete your order summary, you will be given two choices: Ship Entire Order Together or Ship Partially Upon Availability. If you had chosen ‘Ship Entire Order Together’, we will send out your shipment once we have all the merchandise you had placed an order for. If you chose “Ship Partially Upon Availability”, we will send out in stock products first then send out another package once we have received your future items. To make any changes in the above selection, please e-mail us at help@vertishop or call our Customer Service department at 213-745-2664.

 

Q: What are the shipping methods I can select?
A. We offer several different shipping methods:

  • UPS Next Day: You will get your package delivered the next day, if the order is placed before 12:00 PM (PST).
  • UPS 2nd Day: It takes 2 business days, from the day the order is processed.
  • UPS 3rd Day: It takes 3 business days, from the day the order is processed
  • UPS Ground: It takes about 4~7 business days, from the day the order is processed.
  • Any Cargo Company of your choice
